Kothamalli (Cilantro) Pachadi

Pachadi is a Yogurt based side dish, which goes well with Rice, Idlis, Dosas etc.
It's a simple & easy-to-make dish, which can serve as an additional side dish.

Ingredients
Yogurt (thayir) - 2-3 cups
Buttermilk (mor) - 1/2 cup
Cilantro (Kothamalli) - 2 cups of the cilantro leaves
Baby Carrot/Carrot - 3-4 pieces of baby carrot or equivalent amount of regular carrot
Green Chillis (pachai milagai)- 2-3 (2'' size)
Mustard seeds(kadugu) - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable/Canola Oil (Ennai) - 1 teaspoon
Salt (uppu)- 1/4 teaspoon
Asofoetida powder (perungaya podi) - 1/4 teaspoon

Blend the yogurt, buttermilk, cilantro, carrot, green chillies in a Mixer or blender till all the ingredients are finely ground. Empty the contents of the blender/mixer to a bowl. Pachadi should be semi-thick, and in a pourable consistency.

Heat oil in a pan, add asofoetida, mustard seeds and let it pop.
Pour this on the Pachadi and mix it in. Add salt to taste and serve.
